How can I track my shipment?

After your shipment is booked, you will receive a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. Enter the tracking number to see real-time status updates, current location, and estimated delivery. For account customers we also offer API access and automated email/SMS notifications.

What documents are required for international shipments?

Required documents typically include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or air waybill), and any commodity-specific certificates or permits. We provide a document checklist at booking and can assist with customs paperwork preparation.

How long does transit usually take?

Transit times depend on origin, destination and mode. Typical ranges are: air freight (2–7 days), ocean freight (10–40+ days depending on trade lane), and road/rail (varies by distance). We'll provide estimated transit times at quote and update them during transit.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Responsibility for duties and taxes is set by the chosen Incoterm. Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) we handle duties; under DAP/DDU the consignee typically pays. We'll confirm Incoterms at booking and provide guidance on landed cost estimates.

What should I do if my goods are damaged or delayed?

Contact our support team immediately with your booking number, photos and any delivery records. We'll open an inquiry with the carrier, advise on next steps and assist with claims. For high-value shipments we recommend cargo insurance, which we can arrange at booking.
